Legal identity: This site is operated under the Washington registered trade name Luxury Lawn by J, operating as Jay-Kay Home Solutions. The Rhode Island company J.Maina J Enterprises LLC has been chosen as the future operating company but has not yet been filed, so it is not yet the legal operator.
Welcome to Jay-Kay Home Solutions at jaykayhome.com. By ordering from our store, requesting a quote or a service, or donating a bike, you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is a request to buy; your order is confirmed when we accept it.
- You can pay on pickup or on delivery, or by card online where offered. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- If a price or listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and cancel the affected order with a full refund of anything you paid.
Pickup, delivery, and shipping
- Anyone, anywhere in the world, can order from our store. Our prices are pickup prices. Pickup is available locally in the Woonsocket, Rhode Island area; shipping is available worldwide, with shipping & handling added per item at checkout.
- Shipping & handling covers safe packing and delivery by the cheapest reliable carrier, and is paid by the customer as part of the order total.
- Delivery and shipping times are estimates. We will contact you if something changes.
Services and quotes
- Lawn care and yard services are provided in the Woonsocket, RI area only. Instant quotes from our quote page are estimates based on the details you give; the final price is confirmed before work begins.
- Handyman service requests are answered with a written quote and terms prepared for your specific job. No work begins until you accept the quote.
- If we open a project page for your job, it is protected by a secure code we give you. Please keep your code private — anyone with the code can view the project details.
Bike donations
- Donated bikes are gifts. We pick up bikes that are in acceptable condition, at a time we agree with you.
- Donated bikes are gifts to Jay-Kay Bike and are not tax-deductible; donated bikes may be refurbished and resold, and proceeds go to the Nice Bike Fund.
- Donations are final and cannot be returned.
Loyalty program
Our free loyalty program earns discounts based on your spending with us, tracked by phone number. Discount tiers and rules are shown in the store and may be updated; earned discounts have no cash value.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
Our content
The Jay-Kay Home Solutions name, logo, and website content belong to Luxury Lawn by J and may not be copied or reused without permission.
