Legal identity: Jay-Kay Home Solutions is operated under the Washington registered trade name Luxury Lawn by J. The Rhode Island company J.Maina J Enterprises LLC has been chosen as the future operating company but has not yet been filed.
Jay-Kay Home Solutions ("we", "us") runs the store at jaykayhome.com from Woonsocket, Rhode Island. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, request a quote or a service, or donate a bike — and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address, and delivery or pickup address, when you place an order, request a lawn quote, request a handyman service, or offer a bike donation.
- Order and service details — what you bought, quote and project details, and photos or videos you send us about a job or a donated bike.
- Loyalty information — if you join our free loyalty program, we track your purchases by phone number to apply your discounts.
- Feedback — ratings and comments you leave about our work.
- Payment information — when you pay by card, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, prepare, deliver, and support your orders.
- To provide quotes, schedule services and pickups, and share project updates with you.
- To run the loyalty program and apply your discounts.
- To contact you about your order, quote, service, or donation.
- We keep customer records so we can serve you again — and, as our services expand into new areas, to let past customers know when we are available near them.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We share information only with the service providers that operate this store (such as our website database and Stripe for card payments), and only what they need to do their job — or when the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
Our store uses your browser's storage to remember your cart and settings so checkout works. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our pages (which pages are viewed, general area, device type); Google Analytics sets its own cookies, and we only ever see overall numbers — never your name or order details from it. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
- You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- If you no longer want to hear from us about offers or expansions, just tell us and we will stop.
- To make a request, reach us through the feedback form on our store — we respond as quickly as we can.
Keeping your information safe
Customer records are stored in our business system with access limited to our team on a need-to-know basis. Donor pickup addresses are never displayed publicly.
